Shipping & Delivery

All orders which are received before 2 PM Pacific time, Monday to Friday, are shipped same day (certain exclusions apply*). We ship promptly to all 50 states. Shipping charges shown are for shipment to the lower 48 states via FedEx. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional cost. Shipping charges cover timely shipment and shipment insurance. 

Shipping and Handling Charges

Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Unless otherwise indicated shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.

We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order. You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code. (if feature is applicable). International Shipping

International shipments are shipped via FedEx International Economy. This method takes between 3 - 7 days for delivery. FedEx International Priority is also available and takes between 2 - 5 days for delivery. 

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all overseas shipments (Canada and UK - we accept EFT or Credit Card payment). Once transfer is complete, the product ships immediately. 

Blind Shipping

Specify Blind Shipping in special instruction box at check out page and we will put your return address on the package at no extra cost. 

How do I track my shipment? Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on "Order Status" at the top of your screen. Enter your order number and click on "Get Orders". Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals. 

Under Shipping / Tracking Information you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order. UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed. If you need detailed information, click on "Details". 

FedEx Ground tracking numbers are usually 12 digits long ( 6XXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.fedex.com/ and enter the tracking number in the field provided and click on "Track It". The detailed results of the tracking number you entered will be displayed.

Store Pick up

All local customers have the option of picking up their order at our store. Just select Store Pick up option in shipping method at check out and your order will be ready for store pick up.
