Warranty

All Poder® batteries carry a full one year warranty from the date of purchase.                

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If the product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain warranty service by contacting Notebook Avenue, either by phone or by going online and filling out our RMA form.

Warranty Policy

Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering of the product, and physical damage due to fall or mishandling.

If your battery has been replaced under warranty, the replacement battery shall be warranted for the balance of the remaining warranty period from the date of original purchase.

Defective items must be received within a period of 2 weeks in order to avoid charges.
