What is covered by this limited hardware warranty?
This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your hardware products during normal use of products.
What is not covered by this limited hardware warranty?
This limited hardware warranty does not cover:
- Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software added to the hardware products, third-party software or the reloading of software

Problems that result, directly or indirectly, from:
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
- Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
- Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
- Using accessories, parts or components not supplied by us or the manufacturer.
- Commercial hardware products that use, or in which have been installed, products or components that have not been provided by us or the manufacturer.
- Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers
- Normal wear and tear

This is a quality laptop. It arrived in great condition and if I had not known it was refurbished I would have thought it was brand new. It also arrived in a timely manner. I would purchase from this company again.

Great PC, just needs a legitimate OS

Loved the laptop once I got it working. It did come with Windows 10 installed, but it was not activated and it never activated itself. I then installed Windows 7 in hopes that the Windows 7 product key on the inside of the battery slot would work, so I could then install Windows 10, but alas that product key was outdated. In frustration I then re-installed Windows 10 in hopes of just buying a product key, which would have been extra to the cost I paid, but lo and behold when I re-installed Windows 10 it self-activated itself. Other than that, fantastic little laptop, great for school and fantastic touch and pen inputs. Since I knew how to re-install OS's and such i'll give this 5 eggs, not for the operating system, but for a good piece of hardware. Nice packaging as well. Friends recommended I get one so I did, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'd recommend this for anyone know needs more power for less money. Buying was easy, the laptop came quickly and well protected. Planning on buying another one soon.

Great Price Powerful Machine

I like its tablet/standard laptop ability. That alone is awesome. I use it currently to learn Spanish and it makes it easier to do that, but then later on easy to browse the internet or look up stock info. I used it to run a Remote protocol to my personal pc over the wifi connection and played Just Cause 3 on it. Can't wait to take it with me on vacation.
